Michael Rezak, MD, PhD

Michael Rezak is Medical Director of the APDA Young-Onset Information & Referral Center.

Dr. Rezak is a neurologist and movement disorders specialist. He is Director of the Movement Disorders Center and the Movement Disorders Functional Neurosurgery Program at Glenbrook Hospital (Evanston/Northwestern Healthcare) in Glenview, Illinois. Dr. Rezak is also Assistant Professor of Neurology at Northwestern University School of Medicine.
