Women in supply chain awards 2025

The award program, now in its 6th year, annually receives nominations from shippers, service providers and other logistics practitioners in the U.S. and globally. The awards recognize women in supply chain roles who demonstrate exemplary leadership, mentorship and professional accomplishment contributing to the success of their organizations and the supply chain industry overall.

Denneen Ford is PECO’s vice president of human resources; while Kristen Dale is PECO’s regional manager, east distributor team.

Denneen Ford was honored in the program’s Workforce Innovator category. As PECO’s head of human resources, she brings over 25 years of experience in logistics, transportation and supply chain consulting. She leads workforce development, talent management, training and employee engagement for PECO. Her accomplishments include successful rollout of performance and recognition programs, skills development initiatives, and embedding PECO’s core values across the company. She is a people-first leader who fosters collaboration, open dialog and solution-orientated thinking.

Kristen Dale was recognized in the Rising Star category, honoring young professionals with compelling supply chain achievements. Since joining PECO, she has quickly advanced and now leads the east distributor team while managing key distributor partnerships. Known for her insight and hands-on approach, Kristen has driven efficiency, enhanced team performance, improved customer relationships, and led initiatives that advanced sustainability.

“Denneen and Kristen are exemplary logistics practitioners whose experience and leadership have been instrumental in building strong teams and driving PECO’s success,” said Joe Dagnese, PECO’s chief executive officer. “Both are accomplished professionals who demonstrate LEAN process thinking and mentorship that inspire their teams to excel and drive solutions that make us a better company delivering service excellence for our customers.”
