The LSVT ® LOUD and LSVT® BIG are intensive behavioral treatment programs developed specifically for people with Parkinson's disease. One of the major goals of LSVT® LOUD is improving vocal loudness, but often, improvements in speech clarity and breathing result. LSVT® BIG focuses on retraining limb movements to improve speed and balance. This Web site can be used to find providers certified in this program as well as FREE informational lectures scheduled around the country.

This is the first national Rehabilitation Resource Center offers callers the opportunity to speak with a licensed physical therapist who can answer questions about exercise, provide information about PD-specific programs or providers in your area, and provide educational materials. This resource may also be utilized by healthcare professionals to address specific questions about managing Parkinson's disease symptoms through exercise and rehabilitation interventions.
